Selected Concepts
I developed these analytical tools through years of research and writing, wherever existing frameworks fell short. I do not use them as labels: each one names a mechanism.
Systemic discontent
The unresolved combination of poverty and inequality creates lasting discontent that fuels populism, clientelism, and the criminal capture of the state. This is not a temporary mood, but a structural condition that turns every electoral cycle into another expression of the same frustration.
Identity-based integration
Collective identity, not economic incentives, is the determining variable in the success or failure of regional integration processes. Institutional architecture built without a shared identity to sustain it will collapse when political winds shift, regardless of the quality of its design.
Strategic positioning
A State that first defines its permanent national objectives and then builds its alliances from there, rather than reacting to external pressures or aligning by default. Sovereignty in a multipolar order is not neutrality: it is having a position before being asked to choose sides.
Sophophobia
The irrational or systemic fear of learning as a political phenomenon. When anti-intellectualism becomes a cultural value, societies lose the capacity to evaluate their leaders critically. The result is not ignorance: it is the normalization of a condition that makes democratic accountability structurally impossible.
